WolfShield Admin Suite is designed to support events of all sizes — from tiny meetups to full conventions — without putting financial strain on volunteer‑run organizations or charities. The Windows client is licensed yearly per event, with pricing scaled to attendee count so smaller events aren’t paying convention‑level costs.

Annual License (per event):

Small Events (under 500 attendees) — $100/year  

• Ideal for local meets, community gatherings, and charity‑run events with limited budgets.

Medium Events (500–2,000 attendees) — $300/year  

• Designed for mid‑sized conventions and multi‑day events that need full reporting and staff tools.

Large Events (2,000–10,000 attendees) — $600/year  

• Supports full convention‑center operations with multiple staff teams and complex workflows.

Major Conventions (10,000+ attendees) — $1,000/year  

• For large‑scale events with extensive staff, multiple venues, and high operational demands.
