WolfShield Mobile brings core staff tools to Android and iOS (future). Designed for roaming staff, safety teams, and directors who need quick access to reports, alerts, and investigations while away from a desktop.

Pricing

WolfShield Mobile is a convenience tool for roaming staff, safety teams, and directors. It’s priced separately from the Admin Suite so events can choose only what they need.

Pricing is intentionally lightweight and scaled to event size.

Annual License (per event):

Small Events (under 500 attendees) — $50/year  

• Affordable for charity‑run meets and small staff teams.

Medium Events (500–2,000 attendees) — $100/year  

• Supports roaming staff and safety teams during multi‑day events.

Large Events (2,000–10,000 attendees) — $200/year  

• Designed for conventions with multiple departments and large staff footprints.

Major Conventions (10,000+ attendees) — $300/year  

• For large‑scale events needing fast, mobile access to reports and alerts.

Why this pricing is fair:  

Mobile tools are optional, and priced so even small events can afford them without strain. The goal is to support safer, smoother operations — not to turn mobile access into a luxury.
